The ideal candidate for the technician position will:

· Possess skill level that is considered “high B” to “low A”

· Previous Acura, Honda and/or import technician experience required

· Communicate effectively with other technicians, advisors and managers

· Be ASE certified (not mandatory)

· Leverage his/her diagnostic skills to fulfill customer needs and improve shop performance

· Enjoy functioning independently while striving to exceed performance requirements

· Quickly adopt new policies and procedures that lead to consistent results

· Proactively maintain and complete required manufacturer training

· Always strive to ensure the customer has a positive experience
